Uncovered area, exposed position, not protected against rain, sun, wind and frost, stagnant water in places. Subjected to rolling traffic. Subjected to temperature changes from approx. +60°C to 25°C over the year. Sudden temperature drop of 30°C over 45 minutes in summer as a result of storm conditions. Constantly in use. Minimised support constructions in terms of statics, i.e. large gaps between supports, narrow cross-sections, major movements in structural elements |
Durable, absolutely waterproof, UV-resistant, IR-resistant, frost-resistant, hydrolysis-resistant. Highly resistant to mechanical stress, chemical-resistant, anti-skid. Lasting extensibility, joint-bridging, dynamically crack-bridging flexibility at low temperatures. Refurbishment while the car park is in use. Low additional weight. Has to be able to accommodate considerable structural movement safely. |

The system solution WestWood Cryl Waterproofing System The WestWood Cryl Waterproofing System with its two courses of a waterproofing and a wearing layer can be used on all surfaces where absolute water-tightness is required and where there is a danger of cracking, where there are existing joints or where the area is subject to mechanical stress. Liquid plastics are products that are applied as a liquid and harden on site. They can be used on most (even changing) substrates. Since they can adapt to any substrate shape, they can also be used in tucked-away corners. The embedded fleece reinforcement around details ensures that the system is lastingly crack-bridging and guarantees a minimum layer thickness. Application of a self-levelling PMMA-based mortar increases the amount of mechanical stress that the system is able to withstand. Individual designs can be created using the Finish, a Textured Coating or topping materials. The advantages - Lasting and secure waterproofing of the main area and of details - Highly economical refurbishing method . * Cost-saving no demolition costs . * Closure periods minimised . * Refurbishment intervals lengthened - Improved traffic safety - Individual design options - Low-maintenance and easy to clean |
